Complaint procedure

In the cover letter, describe in detail the defect of the product and attach it together with a copy of the invoice to the claimed goods.

Important information for claiming goods

Do not send the goods cash on delivery, such a shipment will not be accepted.

The invoice serves as a warranty card, the warranty period is 24 months.

The customer is obliged to file a complaint immediately after finding the defect.

The maximum time for handling a complaint is 30 days.

Complaints cannot be made for defects that have arisen due to improper use and disproportionate wear.

Important information for returning goods

In the cover letter, write the order number, delivery date and account number to which we will send the money back. Attach a copy of the invoice to the claimed goods.

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Returned goods must not show signs of wear.
