Principles of working with your data
We are the company Violin Schönbach s.r.o.
We run an e-shop on the website www.violin-schonbach.cz
We process certain personal data for the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC personal data) ("GDPR")
I. Processing of personal data
A. Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form
If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you will provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. They are: name and e-mail.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services.
On what legal ground?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR - negotiations on the contract, resp. take action before concluding the contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data no later than 2 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing information: name, surname, address and e-mail.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver you our goods or services. We will also communicate with you via contact information about the status of your order, or about complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).
For what legal reason do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a). b) GDPR - performance of the contract and Art. c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
II. Who will get the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other people work for us, who access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:
- operator of the Upgates e-shop platform (EVici webdesign s.r.o., Petra Bezruče 139, 747 91 Štítina, Czech Republic, IČ: 28598661, DIČ: CZ28598661)
- companies involved in the dispatch of goods
- companies involved in the dispatch of payments
- e-mailing service provider
- marketing agency
We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.
III. What else you should know
We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.
In our company, there are no decisions based on automatic processing or profiling.

IV. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
The GDPR Regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and want information about what personal data we process, request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or request processing restrictions, you can request a copy of processed personal data us in certain situations the deletion of personal data and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. Objections may be raised against processing on grounds of legitimate interest.
